Easy Halloween Makeup Ideas
1. Black Cat Makeup
How adorable and easy is this animal makeup idea? This look doesn’t require many makeup supplies, and you might even have everything you need at home.
How To Recreate This Halloween Makeup Look:
- Use mascara or a black eyeliner to draw your cat nose and shade it in.
- Draw a line from your nose down to the top of your lips.
- Add three lines and small dots on each cheek to create the cat whiskers.
2. Cute Clown Makeup Idea
If you’re rushing to a Halloween party, this cute clown makeup idea can be completed in less than 15 minutes! This makeup look is the perfect combo of scary but cute!
How To Recreate This Halloween Makeup Look:
- For the base, apply your foundation. To enhance the clown look, mix in a white foundation pigment. I recommend LA Pro Girl, which you can find for less than $10.
- For the eyes, use pink eyeshadow on the crease and add a shimmering pink in the center of the eyelid. Add a simple black wing.
- Use pink eyeshadow to apply lines above your eyebrows, under your pupils, and at the creases of your mouth.
- With black eyeshadow, create black triangles on top of where you put your pink eyeshadow.
- Add rhinestones and bold eyelashes!
3. Add Bloody Knife Cuts To Your Halloween Makeup
A very easy yet impressive Halloween look. If you’re in a rush and want to create spooky makeup, this idea is for you.
How To Recreate This Halloween Makeup Look:
- Grab some tape and place it where you want to create the illusion of knife cuts.
- Using a small brush, apply red eyeshadow or red face paint underneath the tape.
- Add a black line above the red paint, but still beneath the tape.
- Take some fake blood and apply it on top of your created wounds.
- Use a sponge to dab the fake blood around your face for added effect.
4. Cute Halloween Ghost Makeup
This ghost makeup idea is perfect for work or a Halloween party! It’s cute, easy, and you only need two products: white eyeshadow and black eyeliner.
How To Recreate This Halloween Makeup Look:
- Apply white eyeshadow with your pinky finger in a swipe motion to create the ghost’s body.
- Add three black dots with black eyeliner to represent the ghost’s eyes and mouth.
5. Easy Skeleton Makeup
If you’re looking for a little spookier makeup idea, you can recreate this skeleton. All you need is one product to recreate it (black face paint, black liner, or black eyeshadow).
How To Recreate This Halloween Makeup Look:
- Apply black lines to the creases of your mouth.
- Draw black lines down the center of your lips and across the creases of your mouth.
- Outline your nose and shade in the tip of your nose.
- Fill in the lines you previously created on your lips and along the creases of your mouth.
6. Easy Scarecrow Makeup Idea
I’m loving this scarecrow makeup idea. It’s a creative Halloween makeup idea that many people might not think to recreate, which makes it perfect!
How To Recreate This Halloween Makeup Look:
- Start by grabbing an old card or any other object with sharp edges to outline square lines around your eyes.
- Using white paint or eyeshadow, create a square shape around your eyes.
- Take black eyeliner and carefully trace over the square you just created.
- For your nose, create a pointed shape and trace around it with the black eyeliner.
- Next, use orange eyeshadow to shade in the square around your eyes and nose.
- Use the black eyeliner to draw a line at the crease of your mouth.
- Add additional lines to the square outline around your eyes and nose.
- Apply the orange eyeshadow as lipstick.
- Place Xs on the lines you created at the crease of your mouth.
- Finally, apply orange blush to complete this makeup look.
7. Devil Makeup Idea
Although a Devil is my least favorite Halloween costume idea, this idea is filled with jewels and creativity.
- Use red eyeshadow on the top of your eyelids.
- Apply white eyeshadow to create a cut crease, and then use red eyeshadow on the lower part of your eyelids.
- Use the same red eyeshadow to shade along your waterline below your eyes. For a spooky effect, outline your eyes with black eyeliner.
- For your lips, apply red lipstick and add jewels on top for extra flair.
- Draw a line with the red lipstick from the crease of your mouth and extend it upward to create defined lines, as shown in the TikTok video.
- Finish by adding jewels along the lines you’ve created.
8. A Simple Halloween Makeup Idea: Add Fake Blood Splatters
This makeup technique is actually pretty genius. If you don’t have a costume but still want to create a spooky makeup look, you’ll love this idea.
- First, grab some aluminum foil and red face paint.
- Crinkle the aluminum foil and wet the red face paint. Brush the wet paint onto the crinkled aluminum foil; it doesn’t need to be perfect.
- Apply the foil to your face to create fake blood splatters.
- You can use brown eyeshadow and white face paint to outline the red splatters you just created.
- Add some fake blood, and you’re done!
9. Create A Spiderweb
This Halloween idea is incredibly cute. Start with your regular makeup routine before creating the spiderweb.
- To create this stunning look, use a sharp object to draw precise white lines angled from your eyes.
- Next, apply black eyeliner to define the lines.
- Follow the circular motion shown in the video to connect and create the “web” design.
- To enhance the look, add purple eyeliner and some jewels.
This idea is cute, simple, and easy to replicate!
