These events are typically held at the beginning of the year to set goals. It’s a fun way to support one another, hold each other accountable, and motivate each other.

I’ve created a vision board for the past few years, and it’s truly a fun way to stay connected with my intentions and goals for the year. I refer back to it almost every day.

Must-Have Vision Board Party Supplies

Let’s make sure you have everything you need to throw an epic vision board party. Here are my must-have essentials:

• Magazines: Check out thrift stores, doctor’s offices, libraries, and Facebook marketplace for people giving away magazines.
• Vision Board Book: If you can’t find magazines, you can always order Vision Board books and find inspo pictures to cut from!
• Poster Boards: Pick your favorite color boards. These will be the canvas to place your inspo.
• Scissors & Glue: No vision board is complete without the essentials.
• Writing & Decorating: Gel pens, markers, glitter, and stickers!

Have you seen the trendy vision boards displayed in a frame? I gathered all my inspo photos from Pinterest and placed them inside a frame.

It turned out super cute and chic! If you want to achieve these, here’s my go-to list:

Step 1: Vision Board Party Invitations

First things first, you have to send out invitations. It’s something about receiving an invite from a friend that makes everything seem so much more legit (haha). No, seriously, I create my vision board party invites on Canva.

Canva has SO many popular invite templates, and it’s super easy to create (trust me, my mom has made invitations on Canva before) haha! Not to mention, they’re FREE!

If you prefer to purchase, I highly recommend Etsy. I might buy one this year to switch it up 😉

What’s a party without food? You can do appetizers, pizza, OR have everyone bring their favorite dish!

• Ice Breaker: If I’m being honest, I would use ChatGPT: “Ice breaker questions for a vision board party to get everyone excited about accomplishing their goals.” 😉
• Dream Sharing Circle: After everyone has completed their vision board, go around in a circle and share their big dreams, and motivate one another.
• Goal Setting Ball Toss: Write down goals on paper, toss into a bowl, draw, and discuss one to share.

I literally always give out party favors/treats for every event I host. It’s a small thank-you gift to express my appreciation for attending the event.
